Skinny Genes
I’ve been meaning to do this for a while, but haven’t dedicated myself to it.
As of tomorrow, I am going to eat way healthier for two weeks (in hoped that I can keep it longer, but that’s my goal). Eating healthier meaning mostly fruits and veggies. No beef or pork. Just fish and chicken, as long as it’s baked and not all salted and friend. Limited carbs, meaning only good carbs (whole wheat bread). And only water or tea to drink, without any sugar.
I know no one cares, but I figure if I write it down I’ll follow through.

Good luck. I’m on day 20 without meat (save for eating fish twice). I’m going in steps. I’d like to end up with just water and tea for beverages. After that, eliminating as many preservatives/HFCS/bad carbs as possible.
With all this new-found fiber, I’m becoming a pretty regular guy, so to speak.
